I used to have the hardest time peeling the eggs, because I didn&#039;t realize I was under-cooking them. It was a complete accident the first time I got distracted and let them go for a full 15 minutes, with surprisingly happy results.

Bruce - I would hope not, but with the company being based in Alabama, you never can be sure...</description>
