		<description>Just got turned onto your blog today, and I had to comment.  We&#039;ve been on the GFCF diet since July 2008, and it&#039;s been such a blessing.  We too have done a lot of research and recipe experimenting to help the GFCF diet be as close to what they were eating before as we could.  I have one son on the spectrum.  He turned 6 in April.  
I just want to thank you for putting together this blog.  There has been so much more awarness for this diet, even in the last year, than there was before.  You are providing a huge service to those looking for solutions.  
Keep up the good work.
